Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Refund Window
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after this period may not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email us at help@geargridz.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned after the 15-day period
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Pet grooming tools and feeders, due to hygiene reasons
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card again
- Contact your bank or card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
