At GearGridz, we want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as pet grooming tools, feeders, or custom products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@geargridz.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or need a different size, please email us at help@geargridz.com. We’ll arrange for an exchange as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.
